4、 Lubrication method of bearing

1. First take off the wheel and tighten the screw. If it falls off, it will be troublesome.
2. Remove the bearing. The core of some wheels is too tight and it is difficult to remove the bearings. Dig hard with a hexagon wrench (the screw driver). don't worry. The bearing is hard to break.
3. First, brush off the dirt on the surface of pelin with a toothbrush. You don't have to do this step. Not bad.
4. Some side covers of bearings can be removed, and some cannot. Please judge whether Mr. Peilin can take it down first. How do you judge? take it easy! If the side cover edge of the bearing has a C-ring, it can be removed. If not, it cannot be disassembled, but there are exceptions.
5. If it can be disassembled, it is very simple. Use a slotted screwdriver to pry up the C-ring at the notch of the C-ring, then remove the side cover, and then remove one side. The C-ring and side cover are all put away, and I want to put them back after washing them!
6. It's too troublesome if it can't be disassembled! Use destructive methods. Insert a precision screwdriver into the gap of the side cover and pry up the side cover. Please don't doubt. yes. But this side cover cannot be installed. Well, throw it away! Please remember. Just take off one side. If the two sides are removed, they will break.
7. Remove the side covers on all bearing sides and start washing! Please put the dirty oil into a bowl, remove the bearing and stir it.
6、 Maintenance of thin-walled bearings
Install and remove bearing carefully
Different types and sizes of thin-walled deep groove ball bearings have different installation methods and tools, including mechanical or hydraulic. This section mainly introduces general basic installation methods and precautions.
1. Do not install on the ball with force. The ball and contact surface are partially overloaded, and the bearing will fail early.
2. Do not use hard tools such as hammers and screwdrivers to hit the bearing surface, otherwise the outer ring of the bearing will be broken or brittle.
3. Bearing cleaning
It is very important for bearings to use clean environment. The surface roughness accuracy of the ring rotating surface and the rolling body of the deep groove ball bearing is about 1/10 m. 4. Process inspection of thin-walled bearing
When the operating temperature of the induction bearing acting due to overheating in use exceeds the specified limit temperature, it will automatically send an alarm to prevent the occurrence of the combustion shaft condition. It is a good indication that the bearing has been in abnormal condition under high temperature. High temperature is also harmful to the lubricant of bearing. Overheating of thin-walled deep groove ball bearings can sometimes be attributed to the lubricant of bearings. If the bearing moves continuously for a long time at a temperature of more than 125, the bearing life will be reduced. The cause of high temperature bearing may be insufficient lubrication of bearing, unqualified lubricant, impurities contained in it, friction caused by insufficient oil seal clearance in the bearing when the load is too large, etc. 7、 Bearing sealing device
