1. Deep groove ball bearing with ball loading vacancy

The bearing with dust cover is difficult to be used for independent lubrication, and it is inconvenient to install the lubricating grease circuit and detect the lubrication condition, and it requires not high friction torque, continuous high temperature and other places. The grease filling amount of each bearing is generally the reasonable area of the bearing cavity

The characteristics, grease filling and application fields of the bearing with rubber ring are basically the same as those of the bearing with dust cover. The difference is that there is a certain gap between the dust cover and the inner circle of the bearing with dust cover, while the gap between the sealing ring and the inner circle of the non-contact sealed ball bearing is small, and there is no gap between the sealing lip of the bearing touching the sealing ring and the inner hole itself. The sealing effect is obvious, but the friction is increased.
The 60 and 62 series ultra-small bearings are mostly used in places with low noise. Both open and closed test bearings (with dust cover or sealing ring) can clearly put forward the requirements of low noise and low vibration when ordering.
